Two weeks ago I was in Las Vegas and had the divine pleasure of eating these gorgeous desserts. These sweet concoctions are to be had at Tableau, a plush restaurant at the Wynn Hotel and Casino. There is no dessert menu here, just the chef’s trio, and I think it’s pretty brilliant: a blackberry tart with ice cream, homemade banana ice cream on a vanilla cookie, and a decadent peanut butter and dark chocolate torta.
